Kamfloor motherboard is made of high resistance cement, quarried material and sand, reinforced with polypropylene fibres. The isolating material used in Kamfloor motherboards is expanded (EPS 200) or extruded (XPS 200) polystyrene. Additionally, Kamfloor motherboards have grooves every 10cm where the Φ10 pipe is fitted. Also, Kamfloor offers 4 different installation patterns.
KAMFLOOR SYSTEM PIPE
We use a Pex-a EVOH 10x1.1 (10mm) polyethylene pipe in Kamfloor systems, with an anti-diffusion oxygen barrier, protecting the pipe and the underfloor heating installation from the inflow of atmospheric oxygen. The system’s pipe has a high thermal conductivity resulting in energy savings.
Kamfloor system takes up just 3.5cm in height, including insulation. By placing a ceramic tile (glue and tile should take up 1.5cm), the total height will be just 5cm, ideal for spaces with low roofs, open plan, newly erected buildings offering architectural leeway and renovations of residential and business premises.
Direct installation of end floor
The motherboard of Kamfloor heating system does not require drying. This allows us to install the floor finish on the next day. Kamfloor heating system is compatible will all floor finish materials (ceramic tiles, marble, granite, wood, laminate, carpet and more).

MANIFOLD AND ACTUATOR
The manifold and actuators of KAMFLOOR underfloor heating system are 30% smaller compared to standard underfloor heating systems, since one circuit of the standard system becomes two in the KAMFLOOR system.
The motherboard of the KAMFLOOR underfloor heating system is reinforced with polypropylene fibres, resulting in the reinforced adhesion of the floor finish. This is attained due to the protrusion of fibres from the motherboard which mix with glue and reinforce adhesion.
